All NuSCULPTING products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, except for the following:

    • Opened or used products
    • Products with damaged or missing packaging
    • Products that have been misused or abused

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out to our customer support team 
    1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA): Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will promptly generate an RMA number for you.
    1. Prepare the Return Shipment: Carefully repackage the product(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit. Attach a clearly written label with your name, address, contact information, and the RMA number to the return package.
    1. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please keep a record of the tracking number for your reference.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving your returned product(s), our team will thoroughly inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. Once confirmed, we will process your refund within 12 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

Please note that certain exceptions apply to our refund policy:

    • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s).
